Meet Dr. Stevenson, now practicing in Jonesboro at NEA Baptist Hospital!
Dr. Richard Stevenson has been in Jonesboro, AR for more than 25 years practicing cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery.
After graduating from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Dr. Stevenson completed his residency in general surgery and his fellowship in Cardiothoracic Surgery at his medical school alma mater.
He was an Associate Professor of Surgery at Louisiana State University School of Medicine in Shreveport, Louisiana before returning to his hometown of Jonesboro to establish his current practice and to assist in the development of the heartcare programs in the area.
Dr. Stevenson is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS) and remains certified by the American Board of Thoracic Surgery.
Dr. Stevenson practices surgery in Jonesboro at NEA Baptist Hospital and sees patients at his satellite clinics located in Paragould, Pocahontas, Piggott and Walnut Ridge.
